Shirecare Training Graduations

19 Mar 2026 | News

We’re delighted to celebrate the success of our latest group of trainees, who have now completed their Shirecare training programme and are ready to begin supporting our clients across the community.

The training day brought together a fantastic group of individuals committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Throughout the programme, they developed key skills in areas such as person-centred support, safeguarding, communication, and medication awareness—ensuring they are fully prepared for their roles.

Following their graduation, our new team members are now out in the community, making a real difference by supporting clients to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have. Welcome to the Shirecare team!
