During her time working in the community, Milli demonstrated exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting others. These qualities, combined with her understanding of the care sector and the importance of supporting and developing staff, made her a natural fit for a position within Shirecare’s office team.
As Trainee HR Manager, Milli will play an important role in supporting staff recruitment, engagement, and development, while assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Her first-hand experience as a Care Assistant provides her with valuable insight into the needs of frontline staff, enabling her to support colleagues and contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.
