Meet Josh – Lead Quality and Training Manager

20 Jun 2026 | News

We’re delighted to introduce Josh, Shirecare’s Lead Quality and Training Manager. Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care, Josh is dedicated to ensuring both clients and staff receive the highest standards of support.

Josh’s inspiration for working in care comes from his grandparents, whose kindness and compassion taught him the importance of supporting others. Their influence inspired him to pursue a career where he could make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and provide the care and respect everyone deserves.

One of the things Josh enjoys most about his role is seeing the positive impact that quality care can have on individuals and helping people maintain their independence. He finds great satisfaction in building trusting relationships and working alongside a team that shares his commitment to improving wellbeing.

Josh believes that what makes Shirecare special is its genuine person-centred approach, ensuring that every client receives care tailored to their individual needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their dogs, dining out, and exploring new destinations on holiday.

We’re proud to have Josh as part of the Shirecare team and look forward to sharing more of his journey with you.
