Martin has over Eight years experience in management roles, five of which were spent in the middle east working as a Health and Safety Engineer. Martin is also an experienced Care Coordinator. Martin has achieved industry leading Nebosh certification in Health and Safety and is proud to be able to use his knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible care in the safest environment is provided to all Shirecare's service users.

Daniel has over 16 years experience within the care industry, Daniel also has many years of experience in management roles within the care industry. Daniel has multiple industry leading qualifications and is especially qualified with Dementia.
Daniel firmly believes in building a homecare company with only highly trained staff that always put the client first.
Training & Compliance Officer
Natalie Initially joined Shirecare as a care and support worker. As a valued member of the care team Natalie was quickly recognised by Shirecare management to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and was made Training and Compliance Officer in April 2019.
As Shirecare's Training and Compliance officer Natalie deals with the recruitment process at Shirecare. During the Recruitment process Natalie Reviews Applications and shortlists candidates for Interviews.
Also as the Training and Compliance officer Natalie in her professional manner ensures that all Shirecare's care and support workers are trained to the highest standards.
Francesca initially joined Shirecare as a Care and Support Worker. As a valued member of the care team Francesca was quickly recognised by Shirecare management to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and was made Care Coordinator in November 2018.
As a Care Coordinator Francesca in her calm manner ensures our carers and clients are managed with the highest level of professionalism.
Lauren joined Shirecare as a care and support worker in mid 2017 and within 1 month had shown such potential that she was made a senior carer. Lauren thrived in this role and showed excellent organisational skills whilst under a lot of pressure. Lauren was therefore the obvious choice for Shirecare management when recruiting our first full time care coordinator.
Lauren continues to excel within the company and only works to the very highest standards.
Bronwyn joined Shirecare as a care and support worker in late 2017 and was immediately a saviour to the senior team, because she always helped out without fail when she was asked to. Bronwyn shown such dedication to Shirecare that she was made a senior carer. Bronwyn was a natural in this role and shown an excellent ability to work whilst under a lot of pressure. Bronwyn was the standout candidate for Shirecare management when recruiting our third full time care coordinator.
