Martin has over Eight years experience in management roles, five of which were spent in the middle east working as a Health and Safety Engineer. Martin is also an experienced Care Coordinator. Martin has achieved industry leading Nebosh certification in Health and Safety and is proud to be able to use his knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible care in the safest environment is provided to all Shirecare's service users.

Daniel has over 16 years experience within the care industry, Daniel also has many years of experience in management roles within the care industry. Daniel has multiple industry leading qualifications and is especially qualified with Dementia.

Michelle Initially joined Shirecare as a care and support worker. As a valued member of the care team Michelle was quickly recognised by Shirecare management to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and was made Compliance Officer in April 2022.

As Shirecare's Compliance officer Michelle deals with all client compliance at Shirecare.
​
Michelle is also one of Shirecares Field Care Coordinators, and is responsible for completing the rota's in the Long Eaton area of Derbyshire.

Francesca initially joined Shirecare as a Care and Support Worker. As a valued member of the care team Francesca was quickly recognised by Shirecare management to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and was made Care Coordinator in November 2018.
As a Care Coordinator Francesca in her calm manner ensures our carers and clients are managed with the highest level of professionalism.

Stephanie joined Shirecare as a care and support worker in late 2019 and was immediately a saviour to the senior team, because she always helped out without fail when she was asked to. Stephanie shown such dedication to Shirecare that she was made a senior carer. Stephanie was a natural in this role and shown an excellent ability to work whilst under a lot of pressure. Stephanie was the standout candidate for Shirecare management when recruiting our next Field Care Coordinator.

Jody joined Shirecare as a care and support worker in mid 2020. Jody's personal skills and her ability to communicate at a high level with staff, clients and management, made her the obvious choice to head up Shirecare's recruitment strategy. Since Jody has been in her role as recruitment officer, she has continued to grow Shirecare's staff team, with extremely high quality candidates.
Jody continues to impress within her ability to change proactively to the ever changing recruitment landscape.

Elijah joined Shirecare as a Trainee office assistant in Late 2022. Elijah is very enthusiastic and assists Shirecare's management team with the day to day running of our main office. Elijah is particularly good at performing face to face interviews, as people find him very approachable and sincere.

Elijah continues to impress Shirecare's management team with his eagerness to learn new skills.
