Martin has over Eight years experience in management roles, five of which were spent in the middle east working as a Health and Safety Engineer. Martin is also an experienced Care Coordinator. Martin has achieved industry leading Nebosh certification in Health and Safety and is proud to be able to use his knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible care in the safest environment is provided to all Shirecare's service users.

Daniel has over 16 years experience within the care industry, Daniel also has many years of experience in management roles within the care industry. Daniel has multiple industry leading qualifications and is especially qualified with Dementia.

Katie joined Shirecare in 2021 as a care support worker. Shirecare recognised her hard work and determination and Katie was promoted in 2024 to our Lead Care-Coordinator role. Katie manages the growing team of care support workers, our lovely clients and everything in-between.

Jody joined Shirecare as a care and support worker in mid 2020. Jody's personal skills and her ability to communicate at a high level with staff, clients and management, made her the obvious choice to head up Shirecare's recruitment strategy. Since Jody has been in her role as HR Manager, she has continued to grow Shirecare's staff team, with extremely high quality candidates.

Jess is known for her bubbly and friendly support to both clients and staff members and continues to be a vital member of Shirecares senior team.

Elijah joined Shirecare as a Trainee office assistant in Late 2022. Elijah is very enthusiastic and assists Shirecare's management team with the day to day running of our main office. Elijah is particularly good at performing face to face interviews, as people find him very approachable and sincere.

Melissa joined Shirecare as a care assistant in 2021, Melissa’s passion for helping others extended beyond her day-to-day duties in care. She became interested in how ShireCare recruits and trains its dedicated team of care professionals. Driven by a curiosity to understand more, she began working closely with the HR team, offering insights from her experience in the field. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the needs of both clients and staff made her a natural fit for the role.
